If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Lina from customer service, responsible for purchasing cakes, provided a terrible experience. Not only was her attitude dismissive and hostile, but she also crossed the line by yelling at me during my order. This interaction completely ruined my desire to do business with them in the future.
