Last time at BK. You take a detour because you have a craving for BK and... all the liqueurs are weird without syrup just sparkling ok that's okay we'll have iced tea. The employee says she tastes the same in the drive-thru machine. Cold Poutine. We're going back to replace it. He puts it in the microwave. Funny reflex. The poutine is still cold. We go back and give a poutine that can be described as soup. We go back and the sauce lacks so much texture that it looks like there is no sauce. Not edible. The girls at the front seem to find us funny. The manager tells me that the sauce is like that today. Thank you next.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in Burger King. Very rude & aggressive girl on the cash had no idea about customer service.. works at the weekend just to count hours. Careless attitude with the rest of the team , working like in prison..very slow ,no smiles.masked faces…waiting their end of shift although the store is very nice and modern. Bad experience
