Warm and welcoming place, however the problem I encountered was when I took out my bowl (finally finished :)) today March 26, 2024. After a few minutes of finding my creation I finally got it. It went well! The problem was when I arrived home and analyzed my bowl… There were white spots on it whereas 3 weeks ago when I had finished my ceramics and I gave it to the employees, I didn't have any They must have probably grabbed the places that weren't yet dry with their fingers... It's a shame because I spent so much time making my creation twice on different dates ?In short, I'm disappointed and I probably wouldn't go back

I really liked the activity, it was fun, too bad it's limited in time, 2 hours...The service is a little lacking, but good!Also a little expensive for my taste! Three cups plus three smoothies for $116!!! I probably won't come back.

Lousy customer service. The young employees make a funeral face, no one smiles. I will never go to the Céramic Café in Laval again. The vibe is too crap, at the price it costs, I hope our pieces are respected otherwise I will be remembered.

Worst place in the world...I have been frequenting ceramic café establishments for several years, I had never experienced the one in Laval. I will never go back there again. First time I went there I specified that I had a coupon at the entrance, he sat us down and explained how it worked, we chose our pieces and we returned to sit down... Then after a new waitress came came to explain to us again, telling us the prices then we talked about the coupons again only for her to tell us that it didn't work the day we were there. So far it's been a lack of communication.Second time we were a group of 5 and we had a reservation after 2:30 seated they told us that we absolutely had to leave because they needed space for another person who had a reservation while we had one too . I would like to point out that we consumed drinks and meals throughout our presence. My friends had time to finish their piece but not me.When I went back to get the pieces several had been glued together and so the paint transferred and stained other of our pieces.3rd time I went back it wasn't so bad except that when I went to pick up my parts at the agreed time it wasn't close but no one warned us. Making us take detours for nothing really unprofessional.Unfortunately, I will never again encourage ceramic coffee due to its very ordinary experience.

We arrive, we wait 5 minutes before being able to sit down even though there is almost no one there. Someone then tells us to sit down, go get the ceramics we want and she will come back to see us straight away. The prices are quite expensive, but that's not a problem. We collect our ceramics and we go to sit down, we waited about 15 minutes but no one comes. I decide to get up to ask for a glass of water and the person tells me to sit back down, that someone will come to our table. After 5 minutes someone finally arrives and explains the instructions to us, everything goes perfectly after all that.Ceramics recovery day comes. The lady tells me that unfortunately my ceramics are not ready, because one of the ovens is not working and she does not know when mine will be ready. So I just drove 45 minutes round trip for nothing and I don't even know when my ceramics will be ready.We should contact customers to at least warn them, the waiting time is long even if there are not many people, the prices are not given, but otherwise it is a great activity!

Do not eat there!Me and my brother ordered food, and we emptied our colons like a sewer spill!Despite all the tools available, my cup will give a result as beautiful as Rachid Badouri's hair; which means absent.All that, in addition to the impossibility of concentrating on doing one's art because of the non-adults who came to celebrate one of their sidekicks...Very disappointed
