Yesterday my wife and I were accompanied by our child. And what can we say about this absolutely disastrous restaurant. A very long service, the food arrived completely cold and the fries were overcooked and almost burnt. Really unworthy of a so-called Mexican restaurant!!.Price too high compared to the competition.And to top it all off the waitress dares to ask for more to provide no diplomacy and a total lack of respect towards the customers. Came out really disappointed!!!

The atmosphere was good, even on a Wednesday evening! Otherwise, the dishes were "ok", nothing extraordinary, but not disappointing either. Table service could be improved, we had to ask to refill our water glasses several times.Parking: Parking may be more difficult to find in the Centropolis on Friday and Saturday evenings.

I’m disappointed with the service we received at the restaurant. We were rushed to finish our meals for a reservation, they hurried my friend on her birthday, they didn't leave her the time to finish her dessert, and they didn't offer the remaining group the chance to order coffee or dessert. I’m Very disappointed in the poor customer service from the floor manager that day, i won’t be returning there for sure and none of my 8 other friends. We enjoyed our drinks, coffee and dessert at a different restaurant that night!!

We went on a Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had a 2 hours window and we were 6 girls… not enough time to celebrate properly.The rule should definitely be changed but mainly it should be written in big capital letters first thing when the reservation is made.Also you should consider differently a group of people vs. a party of 2 as it takes more time to order food and to have the plates served for a group.Other restaurants mentions the rule at the time of reservation or if not mentioned they don’t have that rule. When you think about it the more we stay the more we spend…Definitely the rule should be discontinued.

We were asked to hurry up and eat as they had another reservation. They don't give us time to have a dessert or a coffee and they make us pay quickly. When we were all up ready to leave, we were told that the other reservation was going to stay at the bar after all and asked to sit down again. We kindly asked for at least one free coffee and we were refused! The least thing they could have done. So we decided to go and drink our coffee elsewhere. We will never set foot in this restaurant again! The gaps in customer service are unacceptable.

I made a reservation online. When we arrived, the hostess warned us that we had the table for 2 hours. I had spoken to someone the same morning to confirm my reservation, who never told me about the 2 hour maximum. As we didn't have a reservation elsewhere we decided to stay. We were quickly made to understand that we had to finish our meal quickly. We got our bills even though some hadn't even finished eating. No coffee, no dessert because the next reservation was waiting for the table. While we had our coats on our backs ready to go elsewhere, we were told that ultimately the other reservation was no longer going to take the table. Note that we had already paid and were already dressed. We asked if they could offer us coffee (least of things after all the inconvenience) They refused. We went elsewhere.Correct food nothing more.Table service: very good waitress!Customer satisfaction: completely zero!We will not return and we do not recommend either.Note that after verification, it was true that the 2-hour policy was written on the online reservation...in very small letters at the bottom of the page...where no one reads!Be careful, don't get caught.

We decided to go here for a spontaneous dinner, for our 12 years wedding anniversary.We all thoroughly enjoyed our time, the food was great, served promptly, lots of flavor and copious amounts.Our server David was great, just enough present to be helpful and let us eat in peace. (I don't like waiters that hover and ask every 2 minutes if everything ok...)It was a pretty busy night, but we were served quickly and all the dishes we chose were prepared perfectly and to our liking.My kids LOVED their cheeseburgers, while hubby and I enjoyed the few appetizers and the mac n cheese.Our drinks were great too! Overall, would definitely be back and would definitely recommend this restaurant ?? ?

Lors de la confirmation de ma réservation, on ne m'avait pas avertie que nous avions la table pour seulement 2h. On nous a pressés à manger et à payer. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de finir le repas, ni la chance de prendre un café ou un dessert. Ce restaurant n'a pas la satisfaction du client à cœur. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.
