The asian/vietnamese service and food are both amazing in every aspect. Simple ingredients excellent taste. Try everything and if you like spice, ask the owner to heat it up their way.They have removed the Phò option since reopening because there was not a lot of demand. Let's try to bring this great classic back!!

Service: We arrived at the restaurant around 5:45 on Wednesday afternoon. There was a table (2 small tables combined) for 4 people available outside. The server explained to us that because we were only 2 people, we couldn't sit at that place. Sadly, from the moment we arrived until we left (6:30), that place stayed available the whole time. Despite we understood the server's reasoning, it didn't make 2 happy hearts, especially taking into account the day and time. Otherwise, the service at table was decent compared to the price we paid. Overall, we gave 4/5.Food: The menu has been reduced compared to before the pandemic. For us, the choix, which were eliminated, were once made the restaurant special and stood out compared to many other asian restaurants around. We definitely expected to have more vegetable when we ordered a plate in style of noodle salad bow. It would be also great if the plates were less salty. Overall, we gave 3/5.Ambience: It is wonderful to have tables outside.The decor is pretty much the same over time. Personally, I love the chaise, so comfortable. Overall, we gave 5/5.

First time and not last time. Been passing by this restaurant for years and never noticed it until we saw their terrace. Food, quality ( fresh ingredients) and service was A-1. Discovered a new place and will come again. BYOW.

I always enjoy going back to Charme Cochinchine. A very cosy place with authentic food and a clean restaurant. They have good portions that are syper filling. The people who work there are also very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

Best sushi i have eaten so far. I have eaten at the top sushi restaurants and by far this is the best place! Its a bring your own wine too...honestly it's worth the travel to laval.

Nice find. Very popular with owners on hand. Service was slow for a group of 8. They have a terrace but it was fully booked. Reservations are necessary. Authentic Vietnamese food. I tried the salty crepe. Nice surprise. Everyone ordered the Padthai which swamped the kitchen. Its a Byob which is appreciated. I understand that covid limits staffing. They did apologize. Pleasant staff. Good food.
best sushi in the whole country! (haven’t tried sushi in other countries)i would highly recommend, the chef could serve at a 3 michelin star restaurant, no joke. Anyways yeah my dads the best (yes the chef is my dad, there are NO bias here, this is the honest truth). Other than that the staff is super caring and friendly. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant feels very cozy, plus they’ve added a new terrace which is so cute with all the flowers and plants around☺️☺️

We used to go to this restaurant often. However, we recently ordered from them, and the menu had changed drastically (not good) and we were really not happy with the result. Perhaps they changed owners, perhaps it is just their takeout that is not good, but we will not order from them again.We are disappointed, because we have loved going to dine it at the restaurant for years! The soups were amazing. The soup choice on their takeout menu is not what we remember, at all. Hopefully they can get back to the way they used to be.
