Rude owner! Tell my son to give the burger condiments all at once because it's more effective! We were the only 2 customers at the time. I ask for 2 cups of ketchup and get the answer, how come 2? Are you going to put that in poutine? He also tells me, sir, you are very difficult! I really held back because I would have been really stupid with him too!We might go back there because their poutines are good but I won't be shy about responding if he does it again!

We love cash only restaurants, as it goes twice as fast, and we don't encourage benching, well done! And above all cheaper!!Not hard to understand, is it?Not a % on the bank card! Awesome !

DO NOT EAT THERE!! UNSANITARY!!!!! Very disappointed with my Gerard Patate from my childhood!! The cook picked up a crushed fried potato from the floor in the dining room, wiped his hands on his apron and WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS continued to prepare my vegetarian pita sandwich, taking the condiments from the various condiment dishes already prepared …Salad, tomatoes, feta cheese. UNSALUBRICOUS! I was so speechless that I didn't say anything at the time... Very disappointed not to have said anything! Especially disappointed with my old favorite dinner from my childhood in Laval!!!

Tried this Chez Girard for the first time and really was not impressed with the food.We had a Hamburger and two Steamed hot dogs and a fries.I am pretty sure the hamburger was previously frozen, and that's why only a two star for the food, the burger's texture was strange. The bun totally flattened out when held.The hot dogs were ok but other spots are much better. Small portion of fries which were so so. The service was fast but not pleasant. The gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly, that's why only 2 stars for service. The restaurant is very clean and bright, with a 60's vibe. Very comfortable.Hot Dogs-7/10Hamburger 2/10French Fries 5/10
