I had lunch at Coco Frutti this morning and I had the pleasure of having Daniela as a waitress. She was smiling and the service was impeccable! Our plates were delicious and the restaurant was bright and up to date! Also, the prices were very reasonable especially with the weekend specials. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant! Poor service and lack of respectMy recent visit to Coco Frutti for a festive breakfast, with the carefully planned surprise, turned into a disaster. As soon as we arrived, the waitress broke the surprise by telling the honoree where our friends were. Afterward, she treated my adult spouse like a child, assuming he only wanted water. No menu was offered, no refill was offered. Finally, the waitress, who I think was Daniella but I'm not sure, came over and aggressively chastised me for not leaving enough tip, mentioning that a tip of 15% or more was expected. His rude attitude was the final straw. The other waitresses were forced to tend our table in Daniella's absence (for example, giving menus and bringing ALL meals). In addition, some of our plates were not good, or even completely unsuccessful. This disastrous experience at Coco Frutti should be avoided at all costs.
