Went to Crémerie Pineault on a Friday night around 8 pm. Two girls were working behind the counter (very fast and efficiently, handling the cash, making the ice cream desserts, and reloading machines with ingredients). There were (in sets and families) 17 people before us. We were served within 20 minutes. When we left, 35 people were waiting in line. What an amazing jewel sitting there on the edge of no where an institution of innovation historically significant in the development of Soft Serve iced cream. Many times I’ve enjoyed a treat here.
