I ordered a bunch of prepared meals and so far the food has been to my liking but I have to say that it's a bit frustrating that none of the meals are labeled. I order prepared meals specifically because I like to track my calories. Because the meals are not labeled, I need to first open up a meal figure out which one it is and then look it up on the website and then find the nutritional info for that meal.

Had a wrap with pasta salad (pre-packed) with a can of Bubbly water for $20 and it was amazing service in a calm area to have lunch with a friend. Also found out the gym isn’t that expensive after all.Today you pay $20 for most lunches in a food court or small restaurants because of the fact that everything is more expensive for owners to serve/run a business.The challenge is that you now get picky with your meals because it’s adding up to go out for lunch/dinner. So $20 is on the high end of the scale for a small meal.

We ordered food delivery: 2 custom meals and 3 prepared ones. Pros:- The food was fresh and tasty.- the delivery was fast (slightly after 7 PM)Cons:- The portions were a bit too small for the price. This is a big downside and I am not sure I'll order again ?♀️- The delivery price is only specified at checkout and the website does not mention it anywhere; I was surprised to see $12 for delivery.

I have been ordering from Fresh MTL on & off since 2017 anytime I am too busy to prepare my own meal prep. I customize all my meals and change the portions constantly, and they have NEVER made even one mistake on my meals. I'm sure I have ordered several hundred meals at this point. They are very accommodating & friendly and the meals are made with high quality ingredients. I'm very picky with the quality of meat/seafood and their quality surpasses by far any other meal prep company I tried (now i no longer bother trying new ones!) Closest thing you will ever get to home cooked food.Their wraps and smoothies are also amazing!

The food is great don’t get me wrong. Due to inflation I’m guessing, the management shot up the prices. I remember a time where I used to pay $6 for a smoothie, where as now they cost me $10.
