The restaurant has improved in many ways, such as fresh quality food service. I always get my orders as i asked for them to be. The staff shows a warm & friendly welcome as well. Always clean & staff taking good care on maintaining a clean dining area. Always enjoying to take a brake on taking a bite at Harvey’s ???.

I USED to like coming here, food was always good, and it was just that Harveys. But now my last outing here left a sour taste in my mouth and it wasn't the food. It's the owner of this place. I wanted to use my scene points to pay for my order, bill was 43$, told the cashier I wanted to use 3000 points, and tells me after that I can only use 1000 points. Excuse me ? They are my points to use where ever I like and how many I would like to use. So, left. So if you have points to use, don't bother at this Harveys go somewhere else.

N’allez pas là pour obtenir le chausson aux pommes gratuit qu’on obtient avec le coupon d’anniversaire par courriel. Les deux hommes m’ont dit que c’est juste disponible pour les commandes en ligne quand sur le coupon c’est mentionné de présenter le coupon au comptoir et que CE N’EST PAS VALIDE SUR LES COMMANDES À LIVRER OU SUR L’APPLICATION! Ces deux employés ont refusé le coupon avant même de voir le courriel et disaient toujours que le code est “invalide”. Bref, allez dans un autre Harvey’s ou allez au McDo à côté!

Je veux féliciter Gladys qui sert au comptoirLa cliente devant moi n’arrêtait pas de choisir ses garnitures etc et de rajouter de la sauce partout sur les 2 côtés etc. et ensuite d’en demander en extra à côté. Et il y avait plein de clients qui entraient. Gladys l’a servi avec patience mais la cliente avant de prendre sa commande lui a dit "qu’est ce que ça fait tu est payée pareil..." sans dire merci!Merci à Gladys de sa patience....mais il n’y que sur Facebook qu’on peut chialer sur les autres clients!!!

I recently dined at Harvey's and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially supervisor Serina. The food was delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend Harvey's to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!
Hello to whom it may concern.. Here I explain to the lady (difficult to understand clearly on the microphone...) that for some time..several visits....the fries are cold and very few in the container. We're going there to encourage you by the way!! We have been customers for decades!! Reason why I express disappointment...several times we see my degradation. The new hot dog buns are not classic hot dog buns... it seems that the restaurant knows that it is not appreciated, ... I don't want to reveal the source, the bread is soft and sweet.. Â In my opinion, that's not what a hot dog is...At the window she tells me that everything is correct...oh thank you!! I open the bag further... no time to come back.. I could count the number of fries in the bin.. it's laughing at the customers, it's been like this 3 times this restaurant wasn't like that ..I try to be positive. It’s insulting in the context of a pandemic crisis and we really liked going there to encourage them in these difficult times!! I'm a nurse to humbly please myself, it's boring to receive so little...Treat yourself to a simple pleasure and a little moment of relaxation. It's disappointing! All this is expressed in a language of respect and politeness.

I ordered takeout 40 minutes in advance via the app. When I arrived I had to wait more than 20 minutes more there even though the restaurant was practically empty.I had the same problem several times.This doesn't make me want to order from Harvey's again.
