Great food but the bathrooms weren't very clean. One didn't have soap, another one the sink was leaking all over the floor. Food was good and service was okay

Nice experience, the food was good and the dishes were quite generous. The service was very friendly and efficient, everything went very well, in terms of atmosphere there are plenty of seats, I imagine that when there are more people it is less pleasant but here it was very pleasant. Plus the decor is very pretty! Price-wise it remains within the average price of a restaurant, rather reasonable!

After spending a couple of hours at the Cosmodome, we decided to go for a late lunch/early dinner. This looked like it would fit the bill and it certainly did. Very friendly service and top notch food and drinks! Loved the chicken fingers! Delicious!Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and the fact they have brown paper table coverings, allows the kids to scribble with crayons. Keeps them occupied.

Wow, paying so much for poor chicken fingers, having to ask for cutlery to eat. Tell us well your is booked in 1 hour you will have to leave uhhhhhh no. Children's chicken fingers are crazy spicy. Fries boff in short very disappointed compared to what I was told about it

Big issue in the cleaning. The owner has to be involved, so much happening and no one knows. There was another company who worked for a very long time. That company was kicked out and robert asked us to come in and do the full setup for the stores. We came in and fully setup the operations for quebec stores. After we done the setup, he asking us to pay $35,000. We told him no so he got us out and he bring another company from toronto. Robert asked us for kingston but we said no before. They don't like my work but they hiring my people after I'm fired. This is a big company, everyone should know what is happening on the ground. I also have a business so I don't want this happen to other people.

The staff and service was great and food was okay - but food is okay for the whole franchise. I've been to another Jack Astor and the food is just mid all across. Felt flat, taste wise, and chicken was stringy. The fries are good at least.

This was a first for me; I never received my main dish. My friends and I shared two appetizers and when the mains arrived, my friends got theirs and I never received mine. I just assumed mine would take longer than theirs but I guess our waitress forgot? I ended up canceling my main dish and just paid for the appetizers and drink I had. I had to call the waitress back to make her aware that my food did not come. I paid $30 bucks and I felt like I ate basically nothing :(
Saturday night and feeling alright! Went to Jack’s to celebrate a birthday- even though it was busy, we got seated pretty quickly. The mini tacos were just right to satisfy the craving and the fresh guacamole was fantastic. The white sangria was a bit sweet for my taste but good nonetheless. Jack’s has been a favorite for years and they never disappoint
