Really unpleasant experience, the waitress unable to serve us water and bring us a bucket for our wine, the fries we received pieces as big as my nails, super dry wings, order a double cheese burger we received double meatballs , cold mac and cheese when it arrived and when we entered we had to ask for utensils ourselves. Really disappointed with the service, the atmosphere remains warm.

Very fun place for parties and groups who like noise. The decoration and cleanliness is great! The food was tasty, but cold. We didn't like the fact that they told us that to order the $49 regular meal they had to eat the same meal (so my husband wanted it and not me). but we had no choice for our dishes except to take each meat separately. We had reservations until 8 p.m. and believe me they push you to go out.

I would have given it a 3.5 star rating. Relaxed ATMOSPHERE that really takes us back to the wild west! The service was excellent, the waitress was very responsive and very courteous. In terms of cooking, however... The platter at $49 per person lacks side dishes and meat in my humble opinion. The brisket should have its own little sauce with juice (it's a must in Texas BBQ). The bacon-wrapped chili is extremely spicy and we have difficulty eating it. We should be given the option of changing the chili for a stuffed pickle. The pork belly was excellent (Glitch: Mix them with the fries). The ribs were worthy of a Texas BBQ. They have to replace the slice of yellow bread with Cornbread or another dish because the bread is dry and we don't know what to eat. And finally add baked beans to finish the meal well. Simple changes that will add spice to the JackFlat.Overall experience, it's a good restaurant! I invite people to go there with friends, you might have a good time.

Very good food. Even though we had a reservation, we waited almost 3 hours to get a table. Finally seated, we are in the middle of the line dancing... Our table was moving, people were hanging our plate. We had to hurry to finish eating. It was late and what we wanted to eat was no longer available. Disappointing evening, a lot of waiting for not much. I won't go back there. It was absolutely not worth the money we spent that evening at Jack Flat.

Beautiful place, cowboy theme, welcoming and helpful staff, #1 service, price-wise it may seem expensive but considering what we use, the prices are justified...There were 5 of us, we had 3 times the menu at $59/person plus a poutine and we brought some back, we left there so full that it almost took me a wheelchair to get out.Nice discovery :)

My first visit definitely will not be my last...this place is so AMAZING!!! The customer service the atmosphere the food ? ? ?. I must say of all the restaurants I've been to across Canada this Jack Flat is definitely my favorite now and to add to such a delightful experience the manager came around and mingled with the guests not forgetting our awesome waitress Catherine ?...LOVED IT
