Been going to karoun for many many many years, food is always good, place is always clean, I miss the lady who used to work there, her kindness was what made you want to go back, she was always sweet, I went to karoun last week and noticed she wasn’t there anymore, I asked the guy working there and he said he got rid of her, that he wants only new and young staff and young clients too! I was like wow so I can’t bring my aunt or grandmother here ? He made me feel very uncomfortable!, he renovated the whole place which is great, but his comments about wanting to have only young clients and staff really put me off.

I was treated as an animal yesterday. My mother in law have cancer and she barely eat..yesterday after bringing her back from the hospital she felt like she would probably eat shawarma and i was happy. I stopped at karoum it was empty ( only me as client ) even they didnt reply the " bonjour " i asked for shawarma and was looking to my mother in law in the car all the time, they heated the shawarma in microwave . The young man was having arabic coffee while making my sandwish... i wanted to pay fast the counter guy was texting and walking in the restaurant ..i told him let me pay first he ignored me..at the end he asked me if i pay cash i said yes... how much ? Prices on the menu like i should pay for 2 sandwich 15 dollar.. he just told me i dont feel like calculate give me 20 dollar..i gave hum but i think he knew i am upset, so he told me take a soft drink.. i answered no and left, and ill never come back again
