First of all, the place was packed on a Monday evening which is an indication in itself. The atmosphere is lovely but subtle. It was literally my first time eating ramen...Took beef bowl with the entree of 4 pork gyoza, came with a soft drink for 26$ . Other people at the table had chicken and spicy and vege variations. We all loved our meal. The star for me was the beef, so tender and seared on the grill, it was perfection.

Need a better service during rush hour, usually it's pretty good until you get to the rush hours.Last time I was there, they placed me right in front of the prep station (not the best place when you are famished to be honest...), it took a little over an hour until I got my bowl and sitting there in front, just seeing bowls after bowls leave, it's not helping...My appetizer took a while to do, then once finished, it took forever for my ramen. All I saw was them stacking bowls and making 3-4 tables at once, also serve them all at once. I'm here wondering, why aren't they just making table by table? I do understand, it does help yes, but me, being alone and right in front of them, I'm starving to death here, couldn't they just make my bowl quick and just give?No, I had to wait another 5 to 10 mins for them to prep the other bowls for the other tables...So If you ever go there, avoid rush hours.

Honestly, not crazy about this spot. The soup didn't taste like anything exceptional, very basic and in my opinion, overpriced. You have to pay lots of extras if you want more toppings and flavour but it's just broth. The fried dumplings are just frozen then fried dumplings so nothing crazy. I personally would not go back here for ramen...

Super nice restaurant, very competent waiter, their ramen soup super good and full of ingredients (although some must be ordered extra). I will definitely come back!!
It's an okay ramen joint but obviously can't be compared with Sansotei Ramen. Everything is acceptable, but I can't find myself to like the flavor, not deep enough, sometimes too salty and confusing. I personally do not like the seating layout because it's all cramped, and the slot under our chair is not big enough for winter coats. Hangers are available in the front door, I'm not so sure if that is safe. Please change the spoon, I really find it hard to eat with a giant wooden scoop/spoon.

Tried it with a friend.Phew, not very comfortable bench, no backrest for the back, but we'll get used to it.Great fun personal place with ambiance.Noisy but we managed to chat as a coupleDelicious pork dumpling as a starterOn the other hand, very disappointing beef soyu ramen.No taste 2 small pieces of beef it said with ginger garlic and soy it tasted just like nothing...We ordered more Dumpling because it was good and we were hungry.I literally left on my appetite...I don't think I'll go back...
