I liked this place for our Saturday evening dinners and especially for the music offered….. it was so pleasant to listen to them and even do a few dance steps, but unfortunately they changed people… I really liked the Cocktail Special Events performance.. Great atmosphere with them!!! Damage.The service is a bit spotty. Let’s just say it’s not too Relaxing! I had to reorder my wine twice.I'm going to try again for Sunday brunch...to be continued...

The Sheraton is absolutely amazing. I have tried the Sunday Brunch and the food was amazing. This time we tried the Saturday night buffet and it was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was also amazing. Saturday night band was great! We had a beautiful time.

Menu has enough range for most with unrestricted diets. We particularly enjoyed the mushrooms and asparagus.Although this restaurant has a fair range of options for people with unrestricted diets, the number of gluten free, or gluten free adjustments was poor - see below for dietary resterictions.Dietary restrictions: Although this restaurant has a fair range of options for people with unrestricted diets, the number of gluten free, or gluten free adjustments was poor. Not even an alternate bun or bread for sandwiches / burgers. Only gluten free pasta was an alternate and. You aren't into pasta you are out of luck. Strikes me that a quick addition of some wheat-free bread and adjustment on sauces would go a long way to broadening what can be offered to those with celiac.

Great Service ! Great Food. Lots of variety, and staff always refilling platters. So worth it for price. Level of food surpasses any all you can eat Buffet. Will definitely go back again. Thanks Again.

Ambiance très bruyante avec les musiciens en performance live, pas idéal pour jaser entre amis. Je préférais avant, où justement j'appréciais la tranquillité du resto, moins bruyant. Très bon service. Nourriture correcte mais décevante cette fois-ci.

The waiter was excellent, the food was excellent, I had dinner alone with my wife, there were other couples in the restaurant and they dimmed the lights to have a more cozy atmosphere, everyone was happy.When the big boss (possibly a supervisor or something like that) arrived, he turned up the lights and all the beautiful atmosphere disappeared with it, we had the impression of suddenly being in a cafeteria..Unfortunately...we finished our dinner quickly and left quickly. An evening that could have gone on much longer and been very pleasant. we even considered staying for the evening in accommodation.My beautiful romantic evening was therefore interrupted by the attitude of a superior who did not have the right vision at all. Moreover, all the staff agreed with us.A great lack of vision on the part of this superior

Beaucoup trop dispendieux pour un buffet brunch. Au départ, le brunch semble très attrayant et abondant mais finalement, la nourriture manque de goût et de finesse. À 115$/ personne (taxes et pourboire inclus) ça commence à faire cher pour bruncher dans un hall d'hôtel....
We walked out of the restaurant. 45 minutes had passed, we had not received bread, appetizers or anything and this was at 8:55 pm with only 4 people in the restaurant. EXTREMELY SLOW AND BAD SERVICE, then they blamed the kitchen saying they did not understand the order. Never will go there again.
Well, there are many good restaurants in the vicinity of the Sheraton Laval hotel. I prefer this restaurant because of the service and the quality of food and their flexibility in preparing items that may be off the menu. Johnny, the maître d' does a great job in entertaining clients attending to your needs and suggesting wines that may not be on the menu by the glass. we like last night so much that we're going back tonight

Black Cod was excellent. Pizza looked great but wasn't very good. Almost no toppings and crust was soso? Bartender was entertaining. When you ask if I would recommend I would say yes for convenience if you're a guest and you order the Black Cod. If they have a bit of time I'd tell them to walk to the Keg.

The PIazza was a warm, welcoming and lovely restaurant experience. The food was excellent and the service was perfect! The waiter was very pleasant and displayed attentiveness to all of our needs without being overbearing. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch in every way! Thank you.
