We've gone to this McDonald's at least 7 times, with all of them taking excessive time , over 20 minutes, for simple orders (never more than 2 combos). This last experience, it took 20mins to get 2 breakfast combos. One drink was a chocolate milk, and there was no chocolate....it was just milk. 50% of ingredients were missing. Not good.

Missing many items in my order which was ordered via their app; they do not have mcnuggets for the happy meals and ask me if I want to replace it with a cheeseburger or hamburger. The happy meals were not presented in a happy meal box. They did not do a price adjustment. When I asked for it, the manager said it's the same price and show me her cash register. I showered her the prices on the app which were different. Their customer service is very poor; not a friendly behavior. I do not recommend. Their manager is a young girl not even 20.

I wonder if they are such pocket employees on purpose... get paid? Or volunteer? I flipped my burger twice because there was absolutely nothing inside. And then at take 3, I was given a half-raw hamburger.
