I come during the week. In the morning I order my lunch trio and the bread is correct. The dining room is clean.The drive-thru cashier is always smiling.My order is taken and served quickly. Sometimes I get moved to the window, but at least my order is hot. I'm satisfied

Very long service. It indicates that the command was served to stop the timer for this command... and ultimately forgot to prepare it. Waited 30 minutes to be served and asked twice if it would be ready soon. Big Mac trio. Dirty inside. Table not washed and trash cans overflowing.

I came to the drive-thru and I heard 5 minutes without anyone answering me I said twice hello? Without anyone warning me like: one moment pleaseWhen I reached the window I explained to CHARLOTTE that I hadn't heard anything from her so I'm going to have a poutine. She completely looked at me unpleasantly and insisted that she had it. Look, I don't just want to make you lie. Then, instead of apologizing for the poor communication we had. Like any person who knows how to work in customer service, she explained to me that I was making her life complicated and telling me that she was going to refuse my order if she wanted no one in the parking lot, no rush and no car behind me.So, I am sharing this experience with you because it is disappointing for a manager to have an employee who is disgusted to be on his shift.Thanks to the employee and his smile that he came to bring me my poutine to the side. The order took 50 minutes to arrive. The service was extremely uncomfortable. I got ignored over 5 times by the staff that were on shift. I expected a normal fast food experience but was disappointed by the lack of decorum the workers had towards me and my friends. Truly dissatisfied.
