AWESOME ? .. We were passing by this mmr.Pretzels stand in Carrefour Laval and my GF mentioned .. an employee is rolling the dough into a pretzel ? .. let's watch ? this process .. The smell of fresh pretzels baking is WOW . . we purchased 2 .. All employees had a ? smile and the service was great ?AWESOME ?.. Out of the 3 staffs there, only one was really working. The other two where chatting with a "client" (probably a friend from high school. The line was about 6 people; it took around 10 min to be on number 2. Then they just said that we have to wait 15-20 for the next batch of pretzels. Forget it. I will buy something somewhere else.

Asked the girl if she could just cut in half my pretzel cuz it’s too big just to eat it like that. She responded « we can’t do that it’s our policy. » I mean … I’m just asking you to cut it … simple as that.But I guess the owner is too greedy by thinking customers might share with someone else. That’s pathetic.

It was great experience and for the first time I tasted the Caramel one. It was a big line after us. They were doing great. Fast, clean & nice service.
G order 1 time 7 months ago and it was not good and not fresh and I came back to give a 2nd chance but this time if the pretzels tasted like soap because they put too much baking soda

I ordered 5 Pretzels and the lady told me that if I took 6 Pretzels instead I would not pay taxes. So I ordered 6 Pretzels and her colleague gave me the bag that only contained 5 Pretzels. I only realized it at home and I live 17min by car from Carrefour. No phone number or chat to complain. I am sincerely disappointed, in the end I found myself paying for something that was not delivered to me.
