I come here because it’s on my way home. I won’t anymore. Food is fine. Should consider implementing a line or a number system. I was overlooked and someone that came in way after me was served before me. I said I was here first and I was ignored. Pretty rude.

Good products and great variety, but the service is horribly slow. Three-toed sloths would probably be more effective.

The food is generally good, but the service leaves something to be desired. The attitude of employees towards customers is unacceptable.

Great tasting food with nice variety but the service that was given by a lady named Veronica was fantastic, she was very patient while I guided her into making a masterpiece of a sandwich. She was very kind, courteous and efficient. You really felt that she cared about giving great customer service. Note to general manager: Give her a raise.

Came yesterday to pick up some pizza and pastry The tomato pizza was soggy and tomato very bitter I asked for a lobster tail in which the custard was not fresh and creamy but cream custard a bit hard and very stale pastry dough .. the same with the strawberry tart.. not fresh also the half moon Nutella pastry was disgusting not fresh at all!!! And finally our server was of maybe an Arab origins I say perhaps! who forced us to speak French as she refused to talk in English ..short blondish woman and other times we’ve been there staff not very friendly Young and rude!!!!

On Mother's Day, the millefeuilles were super soft on the day of the holiday! Not crispy at all. And we had reservations! Disgusting crazy... the world like that! Not the first time but the last! 02-27-24: Over the years, we have tried the mille-feuilles again, just to give the runner a chance. No change, they are STILL soft! Today I bought three palm trees. Last time, I found them not very sweet. So I tried them again: even LESS sweet@ In fact, NO sugar taste on any of the palms! Ohh, very crispy, but no taste! AYE! It's a dessert!!!!! On the other hand, the breads are good. But at the door, it says "Pastry", not "Bakery". When you don't know how to make mille-feuilles and palm trees, I don't see why I would buy a cake. From now on, I will go to RAFFIN.

Very good pastries but what cold and unwelcoming service from post-teens with attitudes, when you come in it almost seems like they are doing you a favor. Only one star for the cold pizzas which are nevertheless delicious and the pastries, notably the strawberry tarts and the zeppole in season, without forgetting the almond pain au chocolat...The bread must be frozen because it never looks fresh, even in the morning...I went back there against my will with this pandemic....what an attitude these little ladies have! This morning one of these little princesses did not want to answer me in French, only in English even though I spoke to her in French. She even dropped my pastries heavily on the pizza while calling NEXT.Really no desire to work. In short, nothing has changed. Decide: I won't go back there again.

Patisserie Dolce Sapore in Laval has become my absolute favorite patisserie, and each visit is a delightful experience that leaves me craving more. From the consistent taste to the excellent service and inviting ambiance, this gem never fails to impress. The first thing that strikes you upon entering Dolce Sapore is the inviting aroma of freshly baked pastries and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The place is always impeccably clean, creating a cozy environment that enhances the overall dining experience. One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Dolce Sapore is the remarkable consistency in the taste of their pastries. Every bite is a symphony of flavors that transports me to a world of culinary bliss. Their commitment to maintaining the same exceptional quality is truly commendable.I have a particular weakness for their cannolis, and I must say they are unparalleled. Having sampled cannolis in Italy, I can confidently declare that Dolce Sapore's version surpasses them in both flavor and texture. The delicate crispiness of the shell combined with the rich, creamy filling creates a harmonious balance that is simply irresistible. The service at Dolce Sapore is another highlight of my visits. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. Their passion for the pastries they serve is evident, making each interaction a pleasant and personalized experience.Even when I find myself in Montreal, I make it a point to detour to Laval just to indulge in Dolce Sapore's delectable treats. My kids have also fallen in love with their cannolis, and it has become a family tradition to stop by whenever we are in the area.In conclusion, if you find yourself in Laval and have a craving for the finest pastries, particularly exceptional cannolis, Patisserie Dolce Sapore is the place to be. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll likely join the ranks of those who consider it a cherished culinary haven.
