Wow, not the pendilli's I once knew. I was expecting a nice copious greasy style pizza abundant with cheese and toppingslike in the old days. I had a craving for that . Instead I got a thincrusty dried out pizza very little furnished and practically no sauce, I did not ask for a thin crust pizza. It tasted and looked like a day old pizza from last night's leftover. Worse than a 2 for 1pizza place or the major chains we all know about

So my brother, Nick (20), who is autistic, mentally handicapped and has varied special needs, lives in a residential facility for mentally handicapped people. They obviously have a door man. Like any apartment building, hospital or place with a doorman, they receive food delivery, all the time, zero issues. Nick called pendelis pizza on Notre Dame in Laval to order pizza. He ordered a couple of weeks back on MY suggestion - smh. He was told by the jackass who answered the phone to "scram and go somewhere else" because when they delivered to my brother a few weeks ago, the doorman was away for all of five minutes and the driver was supposedly "fred" for the delay. After leaving with the pizza, my brother called them back and explained that the doorman stepped away for a few minutes but was back, and they agreed to deliver. My brother tipped $6. Today, my brother was berated for this, sending him into a complete panic, for something that was NOT his fault. Please, save your money and order from ANYWHERE else, it's overpriced for pizza that's mediocre AT BEST and they're rude as hell and ableist.
