Order at the car very disappointing the girl doesn't speak French all she can say is hello after a few minutes someone who speaks French takes over to take my order suddenly I check my order and it's missing the sauce so I go back to the drive-thru and same story and what's more she finds it funny it's really nonsense to finish well I arrive home to eat and the chicken is not cooked it is all pink everything ended up in the trash because there was no question of returning to this place so it was over for me

Déjà, à l'arrivé, presonne ne parle français derrière le comptoir! Obligé de parler anglais pour passer la commande. Ensuite, la nourriture: on a commandé un baril sans os et 2 salades. Beurk, le poulet était mou, pas du tout croustillant et sans saveur. Vraiment décevant, mon fils et moi nous faisions une joie de se faire une bouffe PFK... ce fut la dernière!!!

Dirty toilet, very long service... employee sitting on the floor playing on his cell phone directly in view of everyone... it's complete nonsense... every time I go there there are dissatisfied customers!

This PFK restaurant is no longer like before. My last visit, the service was not very efficient, it was lucky that the cashier spoke French because the owners did not. Passable food but way too expensive for the result.

Bought a bucket of chicken yesterday, per piece of chicken there was less then 1/2 oz of meat, mostly got skin and bones. Cost me $40 for supper for 2 people and we were still hungry. Gave a couple of pieces to my dog and she wouldn't even touch the thing. Never go there. It really is awful ?.

Stopped by the drive-through to grab a quick bite being that I was in the area. Got to the window, ordered my food and was told to wait in the parking lot for someone to bring it out. Waiter for 15 minutes and saw no movement so my passenger got restless and went inside. He came out 30 seconds later holding our order that was just sitting on the counter while the employees talked amongst themselves.... Apparently they forgot it was there and obviously by the time we received it food was lukewarm so nothing to write home about. It should be said that it was not a particularly busy time as there were few cars in the drive through and nobody inside...just an overall lack of customer service.
