The cashier was nice, having worked in KFC in the 90s let's say I wasn't impressed by the taste of the breading, have you changed the recipe? But why not sell white meat in 3 or 4 pieces?

Attendu 1h10 de la commande par internet au magasin juste parce qu’il ne parlais pas français et je lui ai dit « On est au Québec icitte » en joke mais en même temps c’est vrai. La salade dans mon sandwich au poulet était dégoûtante et le poulet vraiment trop cuit. Je croyais qu’il m’avait fait payer pour avoir dit ça mais non c’est la coutume à ce Kfc d’attendre 1h00 c’est un fast food ????

The chicken has nothing to do with that of the USA, neither the flavor nor the quality are the same. It's supposed to be fast food but you always have to wait at least 35 minutes and lastly, the places are ugly and old.
If you have time to waste for an order (45minutes) this is the place to be. Think administration has changed (for the worse) cause I always liked KFC, but too long to wait. :(

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I recently ordered their 10 piece bucket with chicken popcorn and fries and let me tell you my 10 piece bucket smelt like someone smoked a whole pack of cigs and used my bucket as an ash tray this was disgusting whoever fried my chicken I hope you’re fired that is disgusting my whole bucket smells like cigs.I’d rather have waited an extra hour to order from another kfc instead of here trust me any other place is more worth it!

The little kid at the checkout is stupid and arrogant, speaks a lot and denigrates the customers in the backstore thinking that we can't hear him. Once I asked him for ketchup, he made the sound with his mouth and went to hide in the backstore without ever serving me. On the other hand, one of their colleagues was friendly and served me very well. But overall, for service and cleanliness, it's rotten!
