Really, the toilets were disgusting! The dining room leaves something to be desired and the person doesn't even seem competent. Seriously, I'll never set foot here again, it's terrible!

Ordered delivery through Pizza Hut online - was missing item from the order.Driver said he’ll return with the missing pizza. Never returned, contacted customer service (call centre) multiple times only for the line to be disconnected or advised to make another order for the missing item and not pay when driver arrives, I refused to do that.Thankfully have photos of the phone logs, ring camera showing the interaction and missing item.I will dispute the charge since direct communication with Pizza Hut is severely lacking.

Closed and blocked dining room with tables and chairs. The roof at the entrance is losing pieces. It's dilapidated. This is an example of a business that has not reinvested over the years and is declining.

If I could give a 0 I would put for their lack of punctuality during delivery, we order 2-3 times a month from this pizza hut and it's always the same problem we are promised delivery times which are never respected and are exceeded by 30-40 minutes, the restaurant responds 1 time out of 5 and the excuse is: sorry we have only one delivery person. This is very poor customer service.

This Pizza hut is only a Take Out.The dining room is open for those who wish to eat on site. So no staff for anything. Still good to have access to the dining room but... it's far from the atmosphere of the past.

Delivery: it seems to me that the least a delivery person can do is ring the bell once they arrive at the door. He manages to lean over (if he leaned over! You have to wonder if he didn't drop it) but not to ring the bell? Result of the pizza left on the bottom of the door for I don't know how long but the meal is clearly cold and soft... What can I say about the after-sales service... absolutely unable to speak to anyone from the restaurant by calling, not even voice box, its cut or it's music for a very long time. In short, delivery never again...
