My father an 82 year old man. Recently went there to place an order. There was a lineup, manager/owner saw him, asked him to sit down , took his order verbally. Waited for kitchen to prepare and took it out to him.

Came here with my girlfriend and we had a great time! The food was good we ordered the piriri cuisse and the general tao poutine. The fries were really fresh. You can even see the steam ?. It is a very good place if you want some high quality chicken that doesn't taste dry. Definitely one of my favorite places to dine in and order from. Never met any bad experiences in my 2 years of eating there. Friendly staff and enjoyable service.

Cashiers are amazing, super sweet. Food wasn’t the best honestly. However the man, who I suppose is the owner, is absolutely insane. I’ve been there 3 times and all three time he was yelling and cussing really loudly. Once he yelled at the cashier in-front of all te customer. And other he was in the back yelling and cussing so loudly that you could hear him in the front. This type of behaviour makes me not want to support this business. I felt bad for the staff and the cashier so I tipped extra generously to make up for their horrible boss.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. You have to change something, you're not getting better. Too bad, it's always cold, the staff at the counter lack manners. Arrives 10 minutes before closing, the door is still locked and I'm waiting to be opened. Don't even say sorry, we're closed. I'm waiting like a turkey and there are four of them chatting at the counter, no one moving to say sorry, we're closed. Another time calls for a delivery, more chicken. I ask for the cheese separately for the poutine. They put it in me. Benny Laurentien cares about his customers. So I changed stores. I gave you plenty of chances to catch up, no effort.UpdateIn broad daylight, I wanted to go get some chicken, no answer at the door. Finally, I order online to freeze myself out. Staff are hard not even apologizing for anything. Plus not edible. Dry bread, cold fries, dry and overcooked chicken. What is happening? Your store is the worst at Le Coq/Benny in Quebec, that's for sure.
