Overall, it's a good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and the drinks are really good. On the other hand, we had a server who was a little... If you're used to this kind of behavior, it might pass for good humor, but it was a little too intense. Sometimes it bordered on arrogance. Being told “shut up”, even as a joke, is not super professional for a waiter. I know it’s a place to play, but it’s also a job with the public, so maybe something to watch out for in that regard. As for the food, it was okay, but not extraordinary. Our poutines were a little cold and the oven was broken. Otherwise, the staff, especially the game experts, are really good at explaining the games and they are competent.

We had a good time! The atmosphere was vibrant. The staff was energetic and helpful. They recommended fun games. The food and beverages were good.I removed a star because we were 5 people sitting on a 4-people table. It wasn't comfortable at all. We had booked for 5. Other smaller groups were sitting comfortably on bigger tables.

We’ve been to Randolph twice, and loved it. Went to the Centropolis one last week with a rez, the girl at the front asked for ID and my bf showed his and I showed a scanned version of mine but she refused it. We had never been carded before and we’re both in our 20s. Went again yesterday with a rez, and the guy didn’t card us at all and we went it and played and everything. I don’t understand why that girl rejected us but they lost customers that day and we had come a long way to be there.. very bad attitude from her part too ( small québécoise girl with short hair) , didn’t appreciate it.

It was fun, lots of parking and good service. On the other hand, if you like a more relaxed atmosphere to get along more, I recommend going to another Randolph. Also, unlike other places like this I've been to, they don't laminate their games. We had the right to broken cards and two models of the same game (where you must not burst the balloon) which was partially broken, but still usable.

I went with a group, there were 5 of us in total. First, the food took a long time to come to our table. Then, we had to find the games ourselves because the service was so slow and no one came to our table. Also, one of the waiters/workers was sitting with several tables of girls and talking with them neglecting all the other customers including us. Another worker came, we told him and he agreed that he was not doing his job and was trying to seduce girls. He went to warn him. Despite this, he continued to play and talk with the girls. We just wanted to leave but obviously the service was very slow so it took a lot of time for them to take the bills to us because the worker was neglecting the tables and the other worker was running around trying to do the service alone (hats off to that waitress ). Overall, bad experience. Slow service and we barely got to play.

I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Randolph Pub Ludique. My friend, who is clearly over 27, was refused entry simply because he had forgotten his ID. It is obvious to anyone who looks at him that he is well over the legal age. This excessive rigidity and lack of judgment on the part of the staff not only ruined our evening, but also cast a shadow over the pub's reputation for friendliness. We are aware of the laws and regulations, but a minimum of common sense and consideration on the part of the staff would have been greatly appreciated. This unpleasant experience left us with a very negative impression of Randolph Pub Ludique, and we are now reluctant to recommend it or return.

Last Friday, when I went there with my friends, finding a parking spot was a challenge. The servers were nice and friendly, but it seemed like there weren't enough staff, so I had to wait a bit for someone to take my order, both for drinks and food. Despite the packed atmosphere beyond my expectations and the noise, we still had a blast!
