We waited 50 minutes for our 4 meals in the dining room. The waitress told us that the only cook had to go make deliveries. At 5:30 p.m., no cook in the restaurant! Wow! There were 3 waitresses on the floor for 5 tables and one who chattered all the time. She should be delivering. The last 3 times I've been I've asked for clean utensils again and my glass of wine was gross. Lots of traces of soap granules and steak knife with traces of sauce. I think we have a dishwasher problem and have been having this for a long time. Made it to dessert, just chocolate cake. Nothing else, not even ice cream. The food is good and that's what keeps us trying again, but there's always something that disappoints me. At the same time that I was there, at the checkout counter, a guy had been waiting for an hour and a quarter for his pizza and he didn't get what he asked for... It's a shame because in Laval -West there are not many restaurants. I recommend going there for lunch on the weekend.

This place is a decent little diner. Me and my woman go here once a week! We became such regulars they started knowing what we normally order.
My recent visit to Bob’s was absolutely memorable. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere and attentive staff. Then came the long-awaited moment: the Poutine burger. It wasn’t just poutine with a burger in it. No, it was a gastronomic symphony that tickled my taste buds. The fry, golden in perfection, looked like it had been carved by angels, dipped in a brown sauce so rich it could have been used as currency in another universe. The grains of melting cheese, scattered with the art and precision of a master watchmaker, blended with the juicy meat of the burger with each bite. And the bread? It was deliciously moist, absorbing the richness of the sauce and merging with the other ingredients in such a harmonious way, transforming each bite into a wet and beautiful sensory experience. Each component of the Poutine burger seemed to have its own epic story, and together they told a culinary love tale that I will never forget. I highly recommend Bob’s to anyone looking for a fairytale dining experience. Looking forward to going back!

This place is awesome. Family owned and family run restaurant. All meals cooked from the heart. Also super cool they have a section where you can play video games and they even have gaming chairs and headsets with nice monitors.
