Very good restaurant, generous portion, thanks to the manager Adil who was very helpful and warm, he guided us well in the choice of cocktails, very beautiful restaurant in terms of decor we feel good there. Special mention the seafood pasta is succulent.

had good expectations for this location, but experience was a little flat. Service was OK, but the quality of the food was lacking. Starter calamari was under seasoned, and bland for our liking, and a couple of the pieces seemed overdone and quite rubbery.for the main meals, i found the menu somewhat unclear regarding the flavour profiles for the foods described. Supposed to be Mediterranean inspired flavours, but the braised lamb was served on a bed of legumes (chickpeas, white beans, and peas) which sounded good, but in effect, the flavour was more Indian inspired spices it seemed, which really isn't something we like and would definitely would not have ordered that meal had it been described accurately in the menu.many of the meals don't explain what the sides are - "whole fish" is just whole fish? scaloppini describes the veal, but what is it served with - nothing is indicatedThe pork osso bucco meal was a surprise - usually osso bucco when i have had it before is more of a sliced shank/marrow bone style - but this was a pork shank served large, like thor's hammer style. It was tasty. Flavour profile was deep and almost mushroomy, but sadly the underneath part of the meat was not warmed through - it was still cold under the bone. The top surface was warm, but it definitely needed more time heating. The gnocchi it was served on were tasty, although a little mealy in texture. the portion was huge, so i left the cold part of the meat aside, and was full enough with the part i ate.Creme caramel was adequate, although served with marmalade on top - which was a first for me seeing it served like that.Lava cake...... don't bother ordering it. one of the more expensive desserts and very poorly executed. Outer surface is too hard and almost shell-like that crunches when you cut into it. Inside was lava-esque, but the taste and the texture on these just weren't right. A real disappointment as lava cakes are not that difficult to do, and normally rich chocolate flavour. This was almost cookie-texture top, wiht a dense thick "cookie/cake" shell and small bit of 'lava' but the taste was way offthere were some execution fails on the items we chose. not sure that i would give another chance - wasn't satisfied with what we got as quality for the money that we spent and feel we could have done betterParking: big parking lot, but with so many restaurants around, there was just no space on a saturday night. We had to park at the cinema parking lot to find anywhere to park near the restaurant

The restaurant is very beautiful and the private rooms too. If it was just the location and the food, I would have given it a very good rating. Unfortunately, the waitress we had totally ruined our experience (I can't specify her name, she never gave it to us). She had an attitude from the start of the service as if we were bothering her and she wanted it to end as quickly as possible. Very abrupt, almost no courtesy, in his approach. Afterward, the salmon was barely cooked. We told the waitress about it. She didn't even want to bother to look at our dishes and listen to our dissatisfaction. She immediately cut us off to say that: <that was how he cooked fish like that and that complaining wasn't going to change anything. She said that she would not return our salmon to the kitchen to be more cooked to our preference and that the cooks would simply return the same salmon with the same cooking! It's take it or leave it and the next time, we will just have to have a different meal because they will not make any adjustments to the cooking >…. We were stunned by the rudeness, contempt and harshness of this waitress!!! Suffice to say: < at Calvi the restaurant is king and the customer is nothing! Eat what we give you as is without complaining or leave!> our group therefore ate their salmon as is, having no other choice following the intransigence of this waitress! I went to ask to speak to the manager to explain to him and he was very courteous and helpful (totally the opposite of this waitress) and told me that he could cook the salmon more if we asked without any problem. …. The owner's wife was also professional and helpful. They finally agreed to cook my salmon more. The same waitress brought it to me with an icy attitude!!! In short, good restaurant, good concept but employees who don't have the customer at heart at all! Afterwards the waitress imposed a tip of 18% for the group (handwritten on the bill) and said that it was obligatory…. I didn't see it anywhere written about group menu policies on their site. I no longer had the strength to claim more at the risk of ruining the anniversary we were celebrating. We paid and left.

Group room reservation this evening: Very good restaurant, good food and impeccable places. However, the waitress downgraded this restaurant!!! Rather contemptuous attitude, not attentive but NOT in any way, sulky and what's more, demanded an 18% tip written at home on the bill when his attitude was not even worth 10%.PS: Insist on cooking the salmon (even if the waitress refuses to cook it well done).With this waitress: the customer has no right to speak ?️The manager's wife handled the situation well because on our side communication was broken with our waitress.I will not return there solely because of the poor service we received from the waitress.

Beau restaurant bien situé dans Centropolis. La nourriture est très bonne. Possibilité de réserver une salle privée pour les groupes (il y a plusieurs salles). Le soir de notre venue, la serveuse était gentille mais ne venait pas fréquemment pour remplir les verres d'eau et avait oublié d'apporter l'apéro commandé par une des convives.

I recently went to dinner at Calvi for the first time for an evening with work. It was my first experience at this restaurant and I wanted to highlight the excellent service of the server Samuel. We all really appreciated it and it contributed to the smooth running of the evening despite the workload with the large group that we were in.

We wanted to eat pasta (on a Monday evening) but, due to an event in one section of the restaurant, we were obliged/forced to choose from a special 4-course table d'hôte menu with 3 choices of main course (no pasta). We requested a change of menu but was refused. The food was excellent but we were a family of 7 so it cost us very expensive (over $400 without alcohol or soft drinks) for a dinner that we had budgeted around $200.

We were a group of 14 in one of their beautiful private rooms. Our server, Jessica, what is absolutely outstanding. Smiling, fluently, bilingual, and very attentive to all of our needs. The food was exceptional and served hot. Calvary never disappoints.
