I usually go to this restaurant but this time I am very disappointed and we see that the food is not fresh and in addition I told the waiter not to put the vegetables on my plate. daughter due to allergy but he brings me the dish with vegetables!!! Then I asked him why he brought me the plate with vegetables when I specified without vegetables. The waiter tells me it's not a big deal, leave it aside even though my daughter is allergic, then he returns to the kitchen without changing the dish, completely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Food is very average, the soup should be $10 not $14.The waiter automated cat is hilarious, but the staff do not want to speak about it, or accept questions or jokes about it. Matter of fact, the robot has more of a sense of humor than those two folks.The debit machine asked for a tip, I asked if it was going to the cat or dem two. He did not answer so they got no tip.This ought to be the rudest wait staff I've encountered in Montreal area.They said to call a number for service complaints, which I called while in the bathroom. One of the guys cell phones rang.This is why I'm making a complaint in neutral territory.

Well, the robot brought over spring rolls that were made so early in the day they were drying out. The imperial rolls were lukewarm at best, and the chicken teriyaki was three chicken strips crispy fried, served on warm vegetables with rice and a small smear of teriyaki sauce. Certainly not chicken teriyaki! The beef noodle bowl was palatable, but nothing to write home about.The service was poor; no one was in the restaurant but the staff, and they could not even re-fill my glass with water. I guess the robot wasn't trained to do this. Not going back there again! 50 dollars for nothing!Unfortunately, I dd not leave a tip for them

The pho is over seasoned, super salty. I cannot believe they would not taste their broth before serving customers. It is really hard to miss a PHO. I am vietnamese and i am simply insulted.
