The ten minutes turned into 20 minutes+.Next time write the order on a paper and hand it down to the cook.Hopefully they can get the order right for the next client.

As an Iranian, I got surprised with the quality of meat and how rich the flavours of dishesh we ordered were. Everything was perfect. From now on, when we have craving for Kabab, we would come here for sure✌️.
Worst customer service and most disgusting service I have ever seen. I made a reservation for two people. I came and there was no seats for us, the server gave a seat in the hallway, the most uncomfortable and then she saw we didn’t like the seat so she kept giving us a bad look. She told us that usually there is no reservation for 2 to 6 people. Then I saw a seat near the window, I came to sit down there, another server told me to get up because it is reserved for two people. It was a big lie and I came back to my seat, the server gave us our soup by slamming it into the table, I gave her back the food due to extremely poor service. On top of that full disrespect to elderly people and no empathie at all. When I started to leave, the lady started to beg me to stay. Well it is too late, never ever going back to this restaurant.

The worst experience I have ever had. Google says the closing time is 10pm. We drove half an hour to go eat there as someone referred it. Arrived at 8:58pm we were told we can't eat in as they close at 9:30pm. I mentioned their timings online says 10pm the answer we got was we have to go out at 10pm. I mean what kind of an answer is that. I mean if you close your kitchen at 9:30pm then mention is online so that customers like us who come from far away don't waste their time

I can only give 5 stars for Service however they deserve a Diamond. Today we ordered and something was missing in our order. Owner recognized the issue and focused on solutioning quickly aside from apologies and ensuring we did receive a 2nd delivery. Yes sometimes errors happen but the most important is the reaction and the fix. For my family and me we want to congrat Riaz Kabab owners and staff for their amazing and consistent quality food. And bigger bravo for the way you service your customers. Anyone should try your restaurant and surely they will adopt it !!
