We went with in with a good feeling about this place. Everything on line directed us to the food being really good. We ordered the Georgia chicken plate and the St Louis style ribs. It took a while to be served. The portion and price don't match. Too high for what you get. The Chicken was fairly good. Moist yet crispy. The fries were alright. The brown gravy was tasty but luke warm. I give it a 3 1/2 out of 5. The ribs were cold and dry. Hard to eat in some places. Fries were ok. 2 1/2 out of 5. The coleslaw that comes with each meal was not good. Had a really weird taste to it. Service was very slow. Only one server for the whole restaurant. We waited over 30 minutes for our to-go box. Maybe we picked a bad night, but we will not be eating there again.

We went to eat at your restaurant in Dagenais yesterday February 24 at 6 p.m., we were well received, we were a group of around 40 people. A waitress comes to see us and takes our order until everything is normal. I ordered a corn rib as a starter, everyone had had their starter except me it was 7:30 p.m. still nothing. Another waitress saw us and told her that I didn't receive my starter. We are then told that the starter is not available and that our waitress has left urgently for the other restaurant!?! Without having come to see us before to say that it was her who was taking another table, almost 45 minutes went by without anyone coming to see me to tell me that ultimately I would not have my entry, then main meal arrived at 8:30 p.m. or so! We finished eating it was a very long time before someone came to serve us! 9 p.m. we don't expect our bills the waitress had to redo all the bills since the first waitress left! 9:45 p.m. we have some bills not all I helped the waitress distribute the bills! Then I had the bill in my hands at 10:15 p.m. I remind you that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. he was washing the floors the waitress was crying and I understand her!!! And all this while the manager was sitting at the bar area and looking at us, doing absolutely nothing to help his employee, but what a big lack of respect towards his employee and towards us!!I am very disappointed with the service I received and the lack of communication!

Always love going to rubs , its the place for there blooming onion , crispy , the sauce that comes with it is a good mixI take the nachos with brisket meat (its an entree) but its filling and baby back ribs finger licking goodSpacious clean , polite , great staffA bit expensive but still recommend once in a whileGreat night out !!!
