A few months ago I was at this branch and an employee, without realizing that I saw her, made a gesture to her colleague showing him that she wanted to slap my 3 year old boy because he was speaking loudly. . I called to report this incident, I was referred to the manager and the head office, telling me that they would follow up with me, which was never done.

Horrible store experience they messed up my order and then when i go to fix it i get a manager named isabelle on her high horse with attitude. This is not the kind of service starbucks is supposed to give to its customers.Horrible this manager needs to learn skills or work in a different industry I have made mycomplaint with the district manager since she is too busy to properly take care of the issue.

I'm a bit disappointed to put a bad review on this restaurant. The orders are a mess, they do a lot of errors, they argue with you when you clearly know there is coffee in one of the drink when ask to be made with cream, but they make you think it's the flavor that taste like coffee. One of my drinks was supposed to be made with coffee and they put cream instead. I can hardly enjoy my favorite flavor with a touch of coffee, simply because they messed up. I'll go back to Rosemère where they know how to make a drink correctly
I don't know if this employee still works there but I am mainly writing a review for this man. HE IS ALWAYS IN SUCH A GOOD MOOD and literally made my day. I wish I remembered his name. The way he greets clients is very unique and honestly I am here for it.Other than that, love my pumpkin spice chai latte, this should be there all year long. Truly. It is the best starbucks drink ever.+1 because they know how to write my name most of the time :)

This barista made my day. I was overly tired, 3 days of driving with 4 kids, I just needed a coffee break and it was taking so long to order cuz of the kids and me being tired! But he was kind and patient and even made small talk to make me feel better. I didn’t even care at this point that most of my order were missing and had to order something else cuz he just gave me the best service!

I asked for a new cup that was clean and not full of dust and they were acting as if i was being rude or as if i was asking for too much like it's not there job to give me the right cup in the first place. They thought i left so they started talking about me like they aren't all older then me and are supposed to be mature.
