My recent visit to Starbucks offered a genuinely good experience. The service was efficient and friendly, with baristas greeting customers warmly and handling orders with professionalism. My Latte was made very hot compared to other Starbucks I go to and I had to wait a while for me to be able to drink it. After that, as I am part of the reward program, I tried to get my usual free drink refill (it can be coffee or tea, hot or iced), but I was told that what I usually get would be an extra charges for syrup and juice (iced peach green tea) when I never had an issue at 3 different other locations and was even suggested this drink by a staff in the past. But here I could only get the tea with water , and no peach juice for it to be free. The two different refill drink that I tried to replace my order were all watered down (including an iced coffee surprisingly). It’s unfortunate because they have a nice establishment and nice seating areas.

Went through the drive thru with the mobile order, there was no line so I had gone through pretty quick. The girl at the drive thru started to lecture me on staying at the order station because my mobile order was not ready. She ruined my experience by talking down to me, not to mention she lacked tact with people and wore so much body spray that I got nauseous.

Going through the drive thru comes with free attitude apparently. Such a bonus and porous attempt at dictatorial service from the window girl was the travesty of this year and a true stain on Starbucks as a whole. As a non drinker having tried it for the first time in eons and I probably wont go
A nice atmosphere. Waiting for meal, you can seat by a fireplace wich is very cozy when it's snowing outside.Parking: There's around 10-15 parking lots behind the building.

I burned myself with a latte and they told me that the coffee is set always at the same temperature! 160 degreesMy full mouth is irritated and painfulI went back and told a relatively kind employee, but when I ask to talk to the Manager there was none , a arrogant unprofessional Samuel told me that I was an idiot , that l wasn’t right and given me the directions to go back homeAnd also told me that I was an idiotI will like to let people know to avoid this place until this guy is out
