I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews, because me, every time I go to this Subway, the products are fresh and tasty, the service is courteous and efficient, and I have NEVER had any difficulty to communicate with employees. To speed up the service, I now use the app and the order is always accurate. Last time I went was with two friends from out of town. We were served quickly and correctly and all our sandwiches were good and made with fresh ingredients. In short, there are REALLY worse restaurants in Fabreville (see my other reviews).

Once I ran into a Latin cashier and her French was so bad she couldn't understand a simple question. I can understand and I was patient, I tried to phrase my simple question in several different ways but after 1 minute and finding that it was futile and she absolutely didn't understand I just left the restaurant. They are also nepotistic and do not hesitate to fire competent mothers to replace them with their own family members, a rather disgusting practice as far as I can understand. Service is ok.

Go to another subway When it's made that the owner passes on the dry bread in the orders to take away it's pathetic and dishonest I don't understand why subway does nothing to pack this kind of owner.In my case it happened several times.Here is a fresh bread given by the owner.Vegetarian options: See menu

The service was very long. I waited in line for 30 minutes despite the fact that there were only 3 people in front of me. The chicken ranch bacon sandwich did not taste much, very bland as a meal.

Disappointing visit to a Subway where the own owner offers the worst service. Quality of vegetables 0 out of 10 probably bought at a yard sale - Quality of service 0 out of 10. When you're not made to be in business. Ub advice do 1.5km more to go to Arthur-Sauvé or Curé-Labelle. Subway head office should better monitor their reputation-damaging franchisees.

Was very disgusted by the young man behind the counter this evening at 7pm. I was wait to be served young man come from the back store while the other young man was helping another client. The client had asked for something. The young man serving me stop servicing me to help his co worker. While doing so the young man never removed his gloves opening up counter doors went to the back room and came back never changing his gloves an proceeded to make my sub putting his dirty gloves in the steak. I told him that was totally disgusting what he did and didn't seem to care at all. I will never return to this subway restaurant unfortunately.
