Twice in a row I asked for spicy shrimp poke bowls with crispy sticky rice and twice I get there and they made it with regular white rice... It’s so confusing because the girl on the phone always repeats my order and says crispy rice out loud. But the worst part is the fact that the 10$ blossom roll is the same size as hosomakis for 5$. Make it make sense
I’ve been ordering from there for quite a long time now, however I’ve seen a decline in their quality, their service, but mainly their cleanliness. Regardless of waiting time, I still ordered, sometimes got my usual salmon poke bowl with either frozen items, or the salmon feeling and tasting old and not fresh. Another time I found beard hair, and several ones, in my Poki bowl, and the last time, the brown rice was not edible at all, it was hard and had a very bad taste. Not...read full review
