Quality has gone down over the years but today, it reached a new low. My meal went straight to the compost bin. Chicken was beyond edible and the whole dish smelled and tasted of burnt wood.Service could use some improvement too. Smiling doesn’t cost anything.

Good experience. We ate there. Nice restaurant with half benches, plants and nice lighting. Background music would have been nicer than silence, but that didn't change the food.I had a yellow chicken curry on steamed rice. That was delicious! There were lots of vegetables and the portion was good. My son had the General Tao chicken. He too had a good portion. The spring rolls were served to us at the table as they are warmed up as they are so crispy.I recommend this Thai Express.

What a deception! The General Tao was awful, the fried chicken was deep fried in stale oil. The veggies had a frozen smell, but the rice was acceptable! No way close to the General Tao I order in other Thai Express locations!Staff were friendly, but the front man overlooking the business has no sense of customer service! I just do not understand how people eat at this location. Stay away!

Good morning,Both meals ordered this afternoon were terrible! The rice and vegetables were probably overcooked? The General chicken was not as good as the last time, not crispy enough for my taste and the breadcrumbs had a not too pleasant aftertaste! Too expensive for the quality as well as the quantity! Damage!
Workers were friendly, sadly the food was horrible. Severely undercooked, under spiced.

The customer service was good. The team making the food seemed coordinated and worked efficiently. However, the food wasn’t as great. There were chunks of noodles stock together at the bottom of the General Tao as well as in the spicy soup. Then, they forgot to include the order if fried raviolis. Fortunately the manager took responsibility of the mistake and offered a solution that ended up working well. Other than that, the fried banana was delicious, as well as the mango ice cream. Their desserts are worth it for sure. The food, not so much.

The food is not well prepared at all,I had about 5 tableapoons of oil in my pad thai. The shrimps are so mushy and tasteless that I just spit them out! Disgusting, save yourself a stomach ache and go somewere else. What a waste of 14 dollars. This is coming from someone whos eaten there more than once.
