Very disappointed. The portions are very large but the dishes are not particularly good. And the taste is Thai in name only. Don't look for Asian flavors, there aren't any. We had Tom Yum soup and Green Curry, neither dish won us over. We couldn't finish them...

Absolutely unacceptable service and quality!! Order a general Thai pad Thai and the put fish instead of chicken. Absolutely dissatisfied with my meal… if u run out of chicken tell the customer don’t put fish and think they won’t notice. Absolute crooks…

Refused to refund me to my card and gave me cash instead, claimed they couldn't refund to my card.Edit: The owner replying after the fact with a forum I need to fill out, and then come back to the location is not an acceptable solution. Given how many other reviews have the same response I'm assuming it's an automated reply, because while they're aware of the issue they'd rather set up a bot to give coupons than fix the staffing issue.
Worst customer service in the weekend ever, they screwed our kids order 2 times and when we went to fix or get money back and the lady and guy Incharge said “ I DONT CARe ´ we always take general thao Chicken with noodles because my kids only eat with noodles and they gave wrong ordered 2 times..didn’t get our moneySaid « I don’t care 5 timesThe lady at the drive through always with LONG FACE SAD ANGRY AND NEVER SAY HELLO OR DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO GREATING THE CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS MESSES UP THE ORDER..I would never recommend this place to anyONE..They messed up my kids ordered then I repeated 5 times and my kids ENDED up CRYING ..GOD WILL NOT FORGIVE THEM FOR DOING THIS TO LITTLE KIDS.Shame on the lady and the guy incharge who saw kids crying and said I DONT CARE..Disgusting mentality people I have ever seen in restaurants business..

They put the hot (bad see ew) in a cardboard plate, and when I told them their answer was that it's better for the environment..If you really care about the environment, how about you take care of the customer and provide glass dishes that you can wash and reuse.. This was very annoying, it tasted bad, and the plate absorbed the liquids in the bad see ew and the cardboard stuck to the food... I don't know why the owners of these restaurants are so stingy because it was not my first experience I come from Montreal and notice a different service they have, but it was worse ?
