I ordered a full flavor twist then I was served by the old lady in the morning who didn't really want to be there. You've barely started commanding when she yells "is that ALL?" every two words. Not only does the service make you in a bad mood in the morning, but we also give a twist as hard as a rock. It looked like I was chewing a dog bone. Otherwise, the service is fast. The young man who used to serve us in the morning gave us exceptional service.

This is not only the worst service I've ever received at a Tim Horton's, it's up there with the worst service I've ever received period.I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. When I got there, I stood at the mobile pickup counter. No one acknowledged my existence for at least 5 minutes. When they finally came over to ask if I was from Uber, they had no idea what order I was talking about. The girl went to a computer and printed out a receipt with my order on it and gave it to someone else to begin preparing my order. Surprise, they didn't. I stood there for another 15 minutes, during which a guy toasted my Bagels and then left them on the counter and left to go make drinks and never came back. No one said anything to me, that they were sorry for the wait or anything, they barely even looked at me. When I asked the person at the cash what the point of ordering ahead was if the order wasn't ready and 10 people passed at the cash and left before my food was ready, she said yeah because they just ordered drinks, you ordered a sandwich. She said she doesn't do sandwiches because she wasn't wearing gloves (ironically, she had one glove on). She said it's not my fault.... like the level of customer service honestly blew my mind. After another 10 minutes of me staring at my naked bagel on the counter, she went to the back to get gloves and finally put cream cheese on my bagel and came to give it me to me without so much as a "sorry for the delay." At no point did anyone say sorry or even ahow any compassion or empathy whatsoever. I had to ask for a refund (no one suggested any type of compensation) and left with no food after all of that. I'm shocked. I put one star for food but no idea because I never got my food.
