I ordered a sausage farmers wrap and two sausage tim matins on biscuits. Farmers wrap was missing the egg and the two sandwiches came on English muffins instead and all the food was cold. Management needs to start working on some quality control at this location.*Update go to eat my hash browns and there’s only 1 out of the 2 I ordered!!*

They are rude as hell they give cold food as i waited for small order 10 mints on window and when asked to changed the sandwiches she i guess the supervisior she was said me take the money back like if you can't deal with this small problem why are you in this food industry anyways if you can't have simpliest conversation.

Worse Tim Hortons on 1140 cure labelle Chomedey since the manager is there it's catastrophic! Very poorly trained employees insult customers! We should change the manager because it’s horrible how we’re being treated!

Cashier and the lady who was taking order was very rude and don't know how to talk to a customer. Literally, the worst experience ever at Tim Hortons. It seems like she is racist and was trying to insult me and my friends. One of my friends was giving order, and we other three were watching some of our video and laughing on the video. At that time we had nothing with that lady, but the lady thought that we were filming her. In actual, we were watching a video. By seeing us, the lady said that show me your phone and without any hesitation we show our phones to her. Still she was not satisfied and start checking the other applications on the phone. I want to check your phone was trying to say that we interrupted her privacy. We know how to live in Canada, we are not illiterate that we don't know what privacy is. Why will we ruin someone's privacy. She was the supervisor. My point is that if the supervisor or manager doesn't know to attend the customer then how can we expect their employees to be good with their customers. She was a big racist woman. Really disappointed. Suggesting everybody skip this Tim Hortons get to another one where you are feeling appreciated.I wish I could rate this in minus if only systems allows
Employees working there are worst thing happened to this tim hortons. Cashier was a racist and that was clearly visible on her face. We are paying to get our food and she got paid because We are paying her. Owner should evaluating her behavior before sending her to handle to customers.
