Je suis allé acheté un tim glaçé à la vanille au service a l'auto, je trouvais quil ne goûtait pas la vanille alors je suis rentrée à l'intérieur pour faire ajouter de la vanille et acheter un beigne, ils m'ont offert le tout gratuitement pour compenser, superrrrr service ça!! C'est comme ça qu'on fidélise ses clients bravo ? un petit geste qui me fera faire un détour pour les prochaines fois

Fast service.For people who have allergies, you can ask to remove certain ingredients.You can come with your children but it is not a very suitable place for them. The space between the tables is limited so for little ones who want to play, it will not be possible. There is no children's "space".Otherwise, good place.

Mr Guillaume is literally the best employee in the tim!!Every time he serves me my meal is always insane
I only used the curbside order for this Tim. The service is average. And every time, on the rare occasion, that I have ordered food from this place I have always received cold potato wedges or cold breakfast potatoes. It's sad!

I ordered at the drive through. I asked for ketchup at the cash, the guy with a missing front tooth was so rude, he told me I had to ask when I placed my order. This is poor customer service. The manager better straighten out his bad attitude or find a better employee to represent his franchise.

My mom went to the duvernay Tim Horton tonight at 20:30pm wanted to purchase a box of 12 donuts- they only had 8 left (3 vary) but the cashier told her we have to charge you for 10 !!! ???? Which she paid for 10 and only got 8 - what a rip off !! Never
