This is the worst Tim I have ever visited.The staff in the morning was so rude the. Muffins are not fresh and one day I came in morning Sunday I don’t know her name she gives me wrong order when I try to confirm She speaks rude. I am paying for my food so I have had to get my right order..

Evening Uber order: 3 out of 4 items incorrect, the 4th item being a bottle of juice. $20 in the trash because I have a food intolerance to what I received, given the specifications of the order were not respected. With the cost of living, the last thing we want is to throw our money in the trash because an employee doesn't want to do their job fully and correctly. I will no longer go or order from there

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrive, we order a bowl. No rice available...we change our minds...no choice. I have a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. I am served the worst sandwhich joke I have eaten in my life....no tomatoes, they tell me after giving my order that they have no more tomatoes...then the sandwhich: A thin sheet of lettuce and the thinnest slice of meat possible + a slice of cheese....that's EVERYTHING...a real insult, if they run out of ingredients they should close. Unfortunately this experience is a problem at many Tim Hortons. It's frustrating to take money from customers and not give them what they ordered.

I bought a gift card before the holidays. Unfortunately the person who received this gift was unable to use it because the card had not been activated. A $20 in the trash.
Disappointment, order at the drive-thru. The cashier understood what I wanted, and had entered everything correctly. I asked for a plain croissant and I got a cheese one, my fruit explosion muffin was bran and oats, and my Tim refreshment was carbonated even though I had asked for my drink not to be.

Very clean and well maintained, good service, in tune and efficient. There are easily four of them behind the counter. Trilingual service.Large parking lot, easily accessible by taking boul. from the Laurentians towards the North. Drive-thru service.22 seats inside, clean toilets.Good choice of furniture, beautiful chairs and stable tables. Staff on time, respects announced opening hours. Has been renovated with detail and care. Every square foot is pleasing to the eye.Congratulations.

Tried to let the staff member know what was missing from my delivery order and instead of being polite she got upset and was rude for no reason! I explained I was also working , and had been waiting a long time. I didn't mind waiting but I did mind being treated badly for trying to make sure a customers order was complete! They also sent another driver away without an order , wasting the drivers time and $$$
