Je passe ma commande j'arrive au comptoir du service au volant on me donne mes trois boissons et me demande de me stationner à l'avant du resto pour le reste de la commande ,il m'apporte le sac je regarde il me manque une patate j'y retourne elle me donne ma patate et la je réalise que je n'ai pas le beigne non plus je fais demi tour elle me donne mon beigne rendue à la maison je prend mon grill cheess que j'ai demandée à la dinde il n'y a pas de dinde mets du JAMBON ?au moins j'ai une viande car dimanche passé j'avais que le fromage pas de dinde.

Wednesday December 20 1:30 p.m. Madam with the very stupid microphone, want to move me forward before making me pay. Directly after paying, don't give me an invoice and don't even have time to put my wallet away in a hurry. I'm talking stupidly to move forward and wait in the parking lot for 3 wraps for 20 minutes. Very good services every time but this time so very disappointing and very long. I won't come back again.

Visited this Tim today, ordered as usual a medium coffee 2x2 and large coffee 5x5 and sleevesvfor both.At the cash the employee didn't validate the order and after payment she mistake the order and gave me two medium coffees, but both had their sleeves.I mentioned that I ordered a large and medium coffee, the employee had mistake my order, she didn't apologize and began to lie that I ordered two medium coffees, I had to pay the difference of small 0.23c by interact, ok no problem.As a result, she gave me a big coffee but without a sleeve, which I asked for, but she lied again and said that I didn’t ask for a pocket, which I notice her attention to the coffee that she took back is with sleeve and that she gave to me has sleeve too.The employee put a sleeve and got rude saying that it was my mistake and slammed the window closing it.I think that this place reasonably has a lot of negative feedback, the employees are really not friendly, they do not recognize their mistakes.This feedback would't have writted if the employee had apologized and simply replaced the coffee, but she preferred rudeness and lies.The order #197 (13 Aug 2023) first payment is $4.44 and immediately after is the second one for 0.22 cents.
