Today afternoon i ordered for hash brown but the quality of hash brown is like a stone And i order a chai tea but the serve me cold chai tea . We order something and they serve us something. Please tim hortans work on it beacause we don’t want to waste our money again .

It has been two days in a row that I come here for a coffee and BOTH times I received a coffee that tastes of water and a terrible terrible coffee taste and is undrinkable. I came for a second time hoping it wouldn't be the same but in fact my coffee was even worse this morning!Never coming here again. This Tim Hortons has nothing but bad reviews.

I placed an order through the Timehorton app. Despite the supposed opening time, neither the restaurant nor the drive-through had any staff present (20h40). To add to the frustration, the app went ahead and charged me for the order even though the service was unavailable.Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted Timehorton the following day at 14:00, only to be informed that there was still no one available to address my concern.This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, as not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the customer support experience has been lacking as well. Now, I find myself having to go through the hassle of seeking a refund for an order that was never fulfilled.

I left 1 star because I couldn’t leave none. Some staff there are great but on Friday as I was ordering I felt the employee was annoyed to start with & kept saying she couldn’t hear me. So I repeated my order… again she couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder. I asked for a box of donuts & After saying she couldn’t hear me for the fourth time she litteraly growled at me like an animal. As I left i heard her say in the mic … wowwww she has a problem!!! I couldn’t believe it! I wasen’t rude I just repeated my order louder and she got upset .Usually the staff there are joyful and polite. Honestly I just left the drive threw I didn’t feel like paying for my order after being treated like I was a problem. I’ll just go to the other one down the street next time.
