I have to say this is my favorite tim's for many reason. The weekly morning staff is just the best. I never have any issues with my orders anytime i order. They always have a smile and amazing attitudes.

Nothing to complain about the morning service. The employees are smiling and very welcoming. However, in the evening, the establishment is supposed to close at 9 p.m. Why is it that when we enter at 8:30 p.m. we are told that it is closed and that no one will come and serve us? I find this frankly unacceptable and this is not the first time this has happened to me. So if you want my opinion, go there during the day, the service is excellent.
