Just left Tim Hortons had to go back inside because my coffee wasn’t right while waiting in line when I was next, the Indian woman at the counter called the black guy behind me to serve him I am eight months pregnant and she served him before me and she just wanted to tell him that there was no espresso, but still served him with something else anyway after he left I was next in line. I explained to her that my coffee wasn’t right and she looked annoyed, after she made me a new one and she told the woman at the drive-through who was doing the coffee, it wasn’t right the woman threw out the coffee and the woman at the counter had her hands up in the air and asking her why she would throw it out? why wouldn’t she throw it out ?! she supposed to keep it and just put a new lid for someone else?! that’s disgusting… very disappointed and disgusting what i saw todayMaybe where they come from they keep leftover drinks and food from people but in Canada we don’t….

At Easter I went to the Tim Horton's at 2145 Boul. CURE LABELLE. I bought 20 tim bits, the cashier was so quick that I didn't have time to present the QR code as the bill was closed, so I didn't have it unfolded anymore when I came back to At home I noticed that there were only 18 tims bits in the box. In addition to charging us for the peanut butter we were given fewer tim bits than we asked for. How to make money at the expense of customers. I'm not happy

Got food at the drive-through, asked for a salad bowl a drink and a soup, got to the window, asked her if it came with the bread bun and she said no buns with trios, ok, 18$ no bun, no problemo. Parked the car, opened the bag, 2 butter containers upside-down melting and soaking the entire soup bag, even the carton utensils are totally unusable, plus the butter went through the bag and stained the passenger side seat. They didn't even bother to put in some napkins, I guess they dont apply with the trio too..And dont forget, and I don't have bread for those butter they added in for god knows why... let that sink in...
Not much choice for croissants. Plus the employee didn't know what a BLT sandwich was.
