We went the weekend of March 15. We were and tournament for our hockey team so we were a group. Worst restaurant experience ever. We are a couple with a child aged 8 and a 2 year old. When we arrived, we didn't really get a welcome. 45 minute wait to first order our drink. Wait another 30 minutes to receive it. For groups of children, orders are taken after 1 hour. The parents have not taken orders yet and the drinks have not yet arrived. 1:15 later the drinks arrive and the kids receive their orders or go to the pasta bar. The parents have no orders yet and the children are eating. Finally the children finish eating and the parents' orders are taken. I would like to say that no accommodation or order has been taken at this time for my 2 year old child. 1:30 waiting in the child's bench to eat and no order taken and the waitress completely ignores the fact that we have a 2 year old child. 1:45 later the parents start eating and the children have already finished more than 30 minutes ago. Keeping a group of young people aged 8-9 in a restaurant with nothing to do and trying to keep them quiet.What a bad experience. 2 hours of waiting to finally get the 2 year old to eat after the 8 year olds by sharing our plate.Worst experience especially with a 2 year old with us!

Very slow service. Very expensive. Children aged 12 and over couldn't even go and help themselves at the same time as the others because they consider them adults. In addition they were forced to take the entire menu which they wasted and in addition to the high bill the waitress shouted at my wife because we did not give a tip. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way.

$180 bill for 4.2 were kids! 12 years old so were not allowed to get up and go to the pasta bar until the adults were served. Forced to go back to the table embarassed.Served 2.5hrs after reservation time and forced to order table d'hote for 4! No other option for the kids either.I'm pissed off not only because if this but also the lazagna made me barf and main the waitress yelled at me for not tipping!!!!Zero stars and here's a tip to everyone! Don't go there! Period.

Very unpleasant service no energy no joy in the faces of the waitresses. It's sad to see that one of them pushed my colleague. This training needs to be reviewed. That's HR's job. However, I doubt you have any. In addition, we are forced to pay 15% tip for a service to be reviewed. I feel extremely sorry for these people. Yes they work hard. But this shoddy work or rather this pressure to pay a tip knowing that we are not obliged to pay. This restaurant in no way deserves people's kindness and time. Everything needs to be reviewed.

Rude service, impolite and entitled. They make you give tip automatically when you pay. Food is average as best and often cold because of the wait time. Really overpriced, it’s 25$ for a small plate of pasta. Most of the employees barely talk english or french. Not the type to write these type of thing, but I feel like I had to after this experience. Ive never felt less welcomed somewhere than at that restaurant. I hope they change their owner/manager because they clearly don’t know how to run a successful business. Raciste aussi. BLM

The owner forced us to give a 15% tip on every order by pressing on the button and implied that it was restaurant policy. The service was mediocre and the only thing the server did was clean up the plates after. The tips should go to the chefs instead. They are the ones doing the real work!!
