The parsnip soup is simply delicious, the sandwiches good and healthy. Chai Latté with macadamia milk is like a dessert on the palate. The perfect service. It would be great to be able to have a sandwich made to measure according to your choices. For example veggies, or with chicken but without dairy products. The evening atmosphere would also be with perhaps music (lounge style) which camouflages our conversations given the proximity and the slightly warmer lightDietary restrictions: Various vegetable milks, veggie sandwiches, different breads...sometimes more than one restriction makes it difficult for me to make a choice. Ex: Bovine includes all dairy products and meat, beef, veal

Last time I went there, I saw customers being turned around to the effect that they were no longer serving coffee around 5 p.m., while this cafe was closing in a few hours, 8 p.m. I think.We are greeted by signs indicating not to stay too long. I can understand with the CEGEP next door, but it's unwelcoming
