I ask for the wrap without cheese. Since it melts on the strap we cannot remove it. We repeated it twice. We look at the service coupon and we see without utensils 1 knife 2 mayonnaise… we don’t have the Mayo and the knife??♀️Last time we had extra sweet potato fries and we had few fries. There are often problems with ordering at the drive-thru.

The lady who served me reacted in a bad way when she didn't understand what I was saying because I have an accent. She should react kindly and ask again if she didn't understand. Really unpleasant to see people like that who probably only speak one language: "Quebecoise", meanwhile I have an accent because I speak 3 languages and even if I've lived here for 20 years, I never go completely lose my accent...

Fast and courteous service.The waitress was busy but gave excellent service.The coffee was disgusting and the payment machine didn't work half way. After 4 attempts I decided to pay in cash.
