After making an online order for an evening. We waited 45 minutes for the sushi to be ready as indicated on the site. Once we arrived at our destination (Longueuil) the employees of the Metro grocery store told us that the sushi person had been gone for 30 minutes. So after a long move and a long wait we never got our sushi. Big waste of time.

I made my sushi order at 2:48 p.m., still not having received it at 4:30 p.m., I called and was told that the delivery man was on the way. So I waited until 5 p.m. without any news. When I called back I was told there was a problem with my order and they couldn't confirm when I was going to receive it. So I asked for a discount, she replied that she couldn't give me any because she had to reach her (quota). She told me she could give me a discount on my next order and she told me but I understand that you won't call back here...So I canceled my order without having any good explanation or the slightest concern to satisfy their customers.
