Delivery took over 2 hours to receive a partially burnt flat pizza with a crust that is too hard to eat. The order was for a regular crust pepperoni pizza and fries. The fries are cold and soggy. I contacted the restaurant and no corrective action was taken.

Its right down the street from where i live , and the food has always been good, cheap and quick to do. Almost all the times I’ve been there i got served by the same person, which is one of the owner’s, i think its the one who’s into boxing and he has always been super nice, welcoming and is really good with customer service.But i think they changed the fries they put with there poutines and personally i liked better the old crispy ones. I’m also a super picky eater especially when it comes with poutines. Ive always been obsessed with poutines, and after I’ve tasted theirs, i was in-love. Every time i would buy poutine, thats where i would go.
