the ice cream was not bad, but in order to get it you had to stand in line for 25 minutes (we were 3rd in line) the staff basically does not speak English to you. they don’t say hello, nothing, food standards are not met, I didn’t see anyone washing their hands (I work in the service sector and I know how it all should be) the first and last time I came to this establishment.

You can't buy just one cupcake... So now I'm at Costco, buying in bulk.There is no coffee.Place looks nice but I came to have a nice dessert and coffee. Unfortunately the dessert tastes terrible.
Nice décor but terrible service and the worst cupcakes I've ever had in my life. I think it's the first time I give 1 star in a review. I was very disappointed, a lot of options were missing on the menu, and the available options were bad. Very loud and noisy place too. I really don't recommend that place.

I guarantee that for the products and preparation it is not too expensive!Too good, too beautiful! There should be a place like this in Sherbrooke!
